By accessing, browsing, or utilizing any portion of Utility369 ("the Service", "the Website", "we", "our", or "us"), operated by M/S GoTradly Technologies (founded by Prathviraj, accessible at gotradly.com), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our associated Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.
2. Description of the Service & Client-Side Execution
Utility369 provides an extensive suite of 156+ free online tools spanning developer utilities, CSS code generators, SEO auditing helpers, text manipulation tools, and social mockup creators. All computational operations, text formatting, cryptographic hashing, image rendering, and code parsing are performed locally within your personal device's web browser using client-side JavaScript, Web Cryptography, and HTML5 APIs.
At no time does Utility369 transmit, upload, duplicate, or store your inputs, code snippets, passwords, or personal content on remote servers. You are solely responsible for saving and securing your output data.
3. Intellectual Property Rights & 100% User Ownership
You retain 100% full, exclusive intellectual property ownership of all text, code, images, data, and configurations you input into or generate through our tools. Utility369 claims zero copyright, ownership, license, or proprietary interest in your creations, processed files, or exported outputs.
The visual design, brand assets, CSS styling, website layout, documentation, and underlying proprietary JavaScript code of Utility369 are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not scrape, frame, redistribute, or mirror the core software architecture of the platform without our prior written consent.
4. Permitted and Prohibited Conduct
You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable, royalty-free license to use our utilities for personal, educational, non-profit, commercial, and professional projects. However, you explicitly agree that you will not:
- Use the tools for any unlawful purpose, fraud, deceptive impersonation, or harassment.
- Use novelty mockup generators (such as simulated chat tools) to create fraudulent evidence, commit extortion, or mislead third parties in legal or financial proceedings.
- Introduce malicious scripts, viruses, or automated bot traffic designed to disrupt or degrade website availability for other users.
