These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of utility369.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

Utility369 provides free, browser-based tools for text editing, SEO, CSS, coding and social content creation. You may use these tools for personal or commercial purposes at no cost. No account or sign-up is required.

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to disrupt its operation, scrape it at abusive volume, reverse-engineer it for resale, or use it to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on someone else's rights.

2. "Fake" and "Fun" tools

Some tools are clearly labeled (Fake) or (Fun), for example, chat-screenshot mockup generators. These are novelty tools intended for entertainment, mockups, and design purposes only. You agree not to use content generated by these tools to impersonate real people, deceive others, or misrepresent something as authentic when it isn't. You are solely responsible for how you use anything you create with these tools.

3. No warranty

The Site and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any tool will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. Outputs (word counts, generated code, converted files, etc.) should be independently verified before relying on them for anything important.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Utility369 and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, including data loss, since most tools process data locally and we cannot recover anything you didn't save yourself.

5. Third-party services and ads

The Site may display advertising served by third parties, including Google AdSense, and a small number of tools call publicly available third-party services to function. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party service linked from or embedded in the Site. See our Privacy Policy for more on advertising and cookies.

6. Intellectual property

The Site's design, branding, and code (excluding open-source libraries we use, which remain under their own licenses) belong to Utility369. Content you create using our tools from your own input belongs to you.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
