Disclaimer

Utility369 provides free, browser-based tools. This page sets out what those tools can reasonably be relied on for and, more usefully, where they cannot. It is meant to be read alongside the Terms of Service, which is the binding document.

1. Verify anything that matters before you rely on it

The tools are provided "as is". They are useful for everyday work, but none of them is a certified instrument, and we do not guarantee that any output is accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. If a result feeds into something with real consequences, a submission with a word limit, a production deployment, a financial figure, an academic citation, check it independently first.

2. Several tools are estimates by design, and say so on their own pages

Some results are approximations rather than measurements, and the individual tool pages explain where their own method breaks down. A few worth naming here:

3. Tools labelled (Fake) or (Fun) are novelty generators

Chat screenshot makers, tweet and post image generators, the ad revenue calculator and similar tools produce mockups for design, illustration and entertainment. They are not records of anything. The revenue calculator in particular runs a made-up formula and its page says so plainly, because no platform publishes its real payout maths.

Using these to impersonate a real person, fabricate evidence, or pass generated content off as authentic is prohibited by the Terms of Service. You are responsible for what you make with them.

4. Nothing here is professional advice

Utility369 does not provide legal, financial, medical, security or other professional advice, and no output from any tool should be treated as such. The SEO tools in particular report what your markup literally contains; they cannot tell you how a search engine will actually rank a page, and no tool on this site has any affiliation with Google, Meta, X/Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram or Instagram. Those names appear only to describe what a tool is compatible with.

5. External links and third-party services

Some pages link to external websites, and a small number of tools request public assets directly from a third party, for example fetching a video thumbnail from YouTube's public image host. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. See the Privacy Policy for what that means for your data.

6. Availability

This is an independently run project. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and tools may change or be withdrawn without notice. Because processing happens in your browser and we store nothing, anything you have not saved yourself cannot be recovered by us.

7. Contact

If a tool gives you a result you believe is wrong, please tell us, that is genuinely useful. Reach out via our Contact page or email hello@utility369.com.
