Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Utility369 ("we", "us", "the Site"), operated by M/S GoTradly Technologies (founded by Prathviraj, accessible at gotradly.com), handles technical data and visitor interactions when you access utility369.com. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
1. The tools themselves don't collect your data
Every tool on Utility369 runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript. When you type, paste, or upload something into a tool, text, code, an image, or a file, it is processed locally on your device. We do not transmit tool inputs to our servers, and we have no database that stores what you type into a tool.
A small number of tools call an external, publicly documented service to do their job (for example, fetching a public video thumbnail). In those specific cases, the request goes directly from your browser to that third-party service, not through our servers.
2. Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically logs standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring URL. This information is used in aggregate to understand site usage and is not linked to your identity.
3. Cookies and advertising
Utility369 may display advertisements served by third-party advertising networks, including Google AdSense. These networks may use cookies, web beacons, or similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. Where advertising is enabled, Google may set the DoubleClick cookie for this purpose. You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or generally at aboutads.info.
Advertising is not enabled on this site at the time of writing. If it is switched on, it stays behind the same consent banner as analytics: nothing is loaded until you allow advertising cookies, and declining leaves the site fully usable, since every tool runs locally and none of them needs an ad network to work.
For analytics we use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-J476KPTPTG) to see which tools get used and how people arrive at the site. It is worth being precise about when it runs: the Google Analytics script is not added to the page at all unless you have allowed analytics cookies. If you choose "Reject Non-Essential", nothing is ever sent to Google. If you accept, Google Analytics sets its own cookies and receives your IP address as part of each measurement request, and Google acts as an independent controller of that data under its own terms.
Your choice is stored locally in your browser under the key utility369_consent and is remembered on later visits. You can change it at any time using the Cookie Settings link at the bottom of any page, which reopens the consent panel. Clearing your browser storage for this site resets the choice and the banner appears again.
4. Local storage
Some tools and site preferences (such as your dark mode setting) are saved using your browser's local storage. This data stays on your device and is never sent to us.
5. Your choices, and the legal basis for all of this
Essential storage, your theme preference and your consent choice, is used because the site cannot sensibly work without it. Analytics and any future advertising run on your consent, and only on your consent, which you give or refuse in the banner and can change at any time through the Cookie Settings link at the bottom of any page. Withdrawing consent stops future collection; it cannot retract what a third party already received while consent was active.
Because tool inputs are never transmitted, there is no account, no profile and no stored submission of yours for us to show you, export or delete. What does exist sits either in your own browser, where clearing site data removes it, or with the third parties named above under their own policies: Google for analytics and advertising, and Cloudflare for hosting logs. If you are in the EEA or UK and want to exercise a data subject right over anything they hold, those requests have to go to them, but write to us anyway and we will point you at the right place.
6. Children's privacy
Utility369 is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
